Poco has officially launched its first tablet in India, the Poco Pad 5G, marking its entry into the tablet market. Priced starting at ₹22,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and ₹24,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB variant, the tablet will be available on Flipkart from August 27, 2024.

The Poco Pad 5G boasts a 12.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision HDR for enhanced visual quality. The display is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and offers a peak brightness of 600 nits, making it suitable for various lighting conditions.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB, both of which can be expanded via a microSD card slot, allowing for up to 1.5TB of additional storage.
The device is equipped with a substantial 10,000mAh battery, supporting 33W fast charging, ensuring long usage times suitable for both entertainment and productivity tasks. It also features a quad-speaker system with Dolby Atmos support, enhancing audio quality for media consumption.
