Last year Galaxy S6 was the first flagship Smartphone which was globally powered by Exynos 7420 even the US and Chinese variants. The main reason behind Samsung using the Exynos variants worldwide was the heating issues of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 Soc which force the Korean giant to stick with its own built Chipset.
Whereas this year things returned to normal as the US and Chinese versions of Galaxy S7 are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 Soc. The rest of the world variants are being powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 8890 Soc. Both are Soc’s are definitely the best from the manufacturers but there are many gadget lovers who are keen to know which Soc performs better.
Well, gadget geeks might get an answer today thanks to speed test video. It’s important to mention that Galaxy S7 US Snapdragon 820 variant is loaded with AT&T bloatware but before test all possible bloatware are removed from the device.
Though the speed test doesn’t give us the scientifically exact answer but during speed test the Exynos 8890 powered Galaxy S7 completed task 38 seconds faster than the US Snapdragon 820 variant.
